Wow... more LJ days!!!!

Alrighty then.

Yes, I have been lazy in the updating scene. I can't even remember all the things that I was supposed to ramble about. so, I'm going to try a "good things, not-so-good things" approach..... I know, how exciting. *crosses eyes*

Good thing: I have 6 teaching days left. No, I kid you not! *vibrates in excitement*

Not-so-good thing: My car is making noises, yet again.

Good thing: soullessflyer got his arse in gear (which, unfortunately, I did not) and got a permanent LJ account. Which means he transfered 40 some odd days of paid service my way. WAHOO!

Not-so-good thing: I still have not received my income tax return. When I phoned, apparently I have been reassessed and I should be expecting a letter before the 20th. *frowns*

Good thing: I got referred to a dietitian and I'm meeting with her on the 20th....

Not-so-good thing: ..... because I no longer fit 3/4 of my clothing. And, unfortunately, the clothes shopping here leave me desiring more.

Good thing: My Daddy's birthday is at the end of the month, and I'm going to spend the night with him and my step-mom before heading to the City for my step-bro's wedding. And I get to see my sister too! *thumbs up* And, coinicidently, my Dad is giving me his dusty ski machine and rowing machine.

Not-so-good thing: I'm feeling strapped for cash. I still owe $14,000 (yet again, I kid you not) for a down payment on my house and I'm feeling not-so-good about this situation without my tax return.

Good thing: Summer is approaching, and my boyfriend and I are going to have his 2 year old son hanging around for a month... which means kiddie pools and Slip-N-Slides! *dusts off water guns*

Not-so-good thing:... which made me realise that he (the boyfriend that is) is working during most of the days, and I don't think I'll be able to do everything that I wanted to do this summer. I was playing with the idea of some professional development in the City (can't seem to stay away from University life), but I can't with a 2 year old AND trying to design a program for next year (which I don't even know if that is possible).

Good thing: But my boyfriend is kind, understanding, and wouldn't want to drive me totally crazy. Though, waking me up to show me a new trick he mastered on his yo-yo.... *shakes head*

*shrugs* Overall, though, life is good. Life is grand. Heck, I think I even hit that "peachy keen" plateau. *grins*

*blushes and bows* Thanks, I'm here all week. Autographs for the first 100 people...

Oksy, there are times when I have no friends and I'm waiting for a pizza and type stupid stuff like that. *laughs*

Wow, that sounds like a handful. Don't hate the man before you give it a chance just the two of you... You may not think you need that advice, but keep it in mind, or give me a call.
