Another first in the land of Jez.
Pink eye.

I ever-so-lovingly woke up D yesterday and ever-so-caringly asked if he farted on my pillow.

Then I went to our one-and-only clinic to get drugs. They told me it was an allergic reaction. I have never been allergic to anything, and I have not done anything different in the past 24 hours. I asked them point blank about pink eye, since I work with the public. Since I work in a school I apparently should know that allergies can start at any time. So, I took the antihistimine eyedrops and went back to school, to possibly infect others.

Needless to say, I went to the Emergency room yesterday after D got off work and after the gooey spread to my other eye. After 5 hours + of waiting, they gave me the antibiotic eyedrops I needed. Missing supper, being tired, being frustrated, and the idea of missing my out-of-town trip this weekend made me cry a bit.

Not that tears dilutes the sludge. I want to market this stuff. It sits right in the middle of your eyeball so you need to use your finger to kind of "scrape" it off. Or it hardens your eyelashes together, so you can't open your eyes. I'm sure NASA could use it for patching space shuttles or something.....

Eye Sludge
Sounds nasty (@_@) My nephew had a problem somewhat like that due to blocked tear ducts

You know, you make it hard to cyber-stalk you when you don't update. I have internet now. That means you must update daily -- for my amusement.
