Totally hypothetical question.....

... so, if you phoned a residence at 2 a.m., and the person replies "I don't know you" and selects the "no" option in accepting your call, would you phone back?

Well, apparently, this person did. Just a note for reference : If I say that I don't know you, and then hang up, it probably won't improve situations by phoning me back.

Forgot to do my homework yesterday. *shrugs* My math project bombed. *shrugs* I dont feel like school today. *shrug, shrug, shrug*

Here is another dilemma: Remember when I stated that my one goal for this year was not to manipulate my teachers? At any rate, what if they start it? So, my ELA teacher approaches me before class and tells me that he's handing back papers today. He said he remembers reading my paper and marking it, but he must have left it at home. The kicker: I never wrote it. So, instead of being rude and making him feel idiotic, I didn't correct him. He said he just wanted to let me know up-front (in a total responsible fashion), and I thanked him.

Damn, is my resolution out the window now?

Bad Jez.
In a nutshell: My prof is apologetic since he "lost" my paper, and he has asked me to re-submit it. The Truth: I never did it in the first place. So, I'm going to whip one up tonight and hand it in tomorrow.

Now, is this breaking my school year resolution of "not manipulating my teachers"?
